Digital Facade Playbook · Part 2

Photos that pull customers in.

Listings with photos get 42% more requests for directions and 35% more website clicks (Google/Ipsos). Your phone camera is all you need.

What to shoot

  1. Your storefront, from the street. It's how people recognize you when they pull up — and how Google confirms you're real.
  2. Inside, on a good day. Clean, lights on, set up like you're expecting company. Shoot in daytime near windows — natural light beats any filter.
  3. What you sell. Your best plates, fresh cuts, finished jobs, before-and-afters. This is what makes someone pick you over the listing next to yours.
  4. Your people. A friendly team photo builds more trust than any stock image.
  5. Get to 10+ photos, then keep adding. Two or three new ones a month keeps the listing looking alive.
Make it a routine: three photos every Friday Before you close on Friday, snap three photos of whatever happened that week — the special, the finished job, the busy afternoon. Post the best one to your listing. Ten minutes, and your facade never goes stale.
Customer photos count too. When a regular takes a picture, ask them to post it to your Google listing with their review — photos from customers carry extra weight with people deciding where to go.
